Plus, we have an exciting presentation on the regional transit plan, awards, door prizes, food, drinks, and more!

Presentation:

Modern Transportation for a Modern Region: How does transit fit into the regional transportation strategy?

Public transportation is vital for economic development and creating vibrant, walkable communities, especially in fast growing metro regions.  Wake County finally has a plan to expand and improve public transit that would also connect the Triangle region.  Come learn about the Wake Transit Plan, the public transportation referendum on the Wake County ballot this election, and why transit can benefit our community.
